Please drop off your luggage at the front desk by 9:00on your
reserved delivery date.

Once delivered, pick up your luggage at our counter at the airport or at your MIMARU's front desk.

We will take care of your luggage the moment you arrive at the airport in Japan and deliver it to your MIMARU.
